This farmhouse was built in 1900 and is a stone’s throw away from Lake Minnetonka. A garage door into the basement did provide a low ceiling parking space for one car. We designed an oversized 2 car garage with a screen room above.
Our clients loved to be outdoors and wanted to capture views and breezes off the lake. Special care was taken to mimic the scale and detail of the original home.
