We further refine the design and develop the individual spaces through another series of 3-4 meetings. Contractor input during this phase helps to guide the assemblies, logistics and costs.
These are the “plans”. We provide detailed assembly and finish information that enable the builder to accurately determine your project cost and obtain the building permit. The plans consist of site plan, floor plans, sections, and elevations. AWAD architects can also assist with permit approvals if needed.
AWAD architects can be available to manage the design through the construction phase. Extent of our involvement can vary depending on client and builder needs.
Ali has relationships with several preferred builders and can help you find the right builder partner, or he can work with your builder to make your home right for you.
