Eagan, Minnesota
As their kids grew more independent, our clients began thinking about what was next. They didn’t want less space—they wanted a home that felt easier, lighter, and better aligned with how they live today.
An opportunity emerged close to home: an empty lot next door to a trusted builder. Having previously studied the site, we understood its potential from the start. Working closely with the homeowners and Caritas Builders, the project became a true collaboration from day one.
The design centers on long-term living. A main-level primary suite provides comfort and convenience, while the upper level offers flexible space for returning kids and guests. Open living areas, strong connections to outdoor spaces, and abundant natural light make the home feel effortless and inviting.
Details like a coffee bar and butler’s pantry quietly support both daily routines and entertaining.
The result is a home that feels right-sized and forward-looking—comfortable for two, welcoming for many, and designed to evolve alongside its owners.
