This family had been in their house for 20 years and they loved their location and neighbors. They had lived with a 1950’s kitchen and a tiny 1920’s basement and knew that adding on would enable them to stay for the next 20 years.
The addition has a master suite on the 2nd floor, an expanded kitchen and mudroom on the main floor, and a rec room in the basement.
