A family of four loved their house, location and neighbors. They also loved their little bungalow and did not want to alter the scale of their neighborhood by making it into a 2 story home.
We masterfully increased their second floor space to over 900 sf and created 3 new bedrooms and 2 new baths while maintaining a bungalow scale and character.
